Trust Islam, Islamists and Islamic Nations at Your Own Perils
The Debate
In the unease period before and after “Op Sindoor” by India against Pakistani Jihadi organisations in the aftermath of dastardly attack on the Hindu tourists at Pahelgam, there have been an unending debate as to why Turkiye & China openly sided with Pakistan, and none came with India. The plain and simple answer is that Pakistan has been jumping with foreign supports while India has firm belief on own strength. Further, all Indians may like to digest a plain truth that should a need arise, all Islamic nations will try to assist the radical Islamic State of Pakistan overtly or covertly. In addition, all nations selling their Defence Equipment to Pakistan will either like to be seen standing with them or at least not backing India. This is especially relevant after Indian resolve to acquire ‘Self-Reliance’ in military capabilities.
Many Indians were ecstatic that OIC didn’t back Pakistan on ‘Kashmir’ in its 14-15 May 2025 meeting. It was being lauded that three members of Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) namely Indonesia, Egypt and Bahrain disagreed with strong-worded Pakistani proposal related to India and its Kashmir region. In the above meeting, the resolution and decision on it read as follows: -
“Welcome the OIC response on the ceasefire between the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the Republic of India and its call on the international community to redouble efforts and encourage both countries to resolve all outstanding issues, including the Jammu and Kashmir dispute in accordance with the aspirations of the people of Jammu and Kashmir through peaceful means, as enshrined in the relevant United Nations Security Council resolutions, maximum restraint and avoidance of actions that could destabilize the region, and adherence to the principles of the Charter of the OIC, Charter of the United Nations and international law, particularly the principles relating to respect for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of States, and the need to adhere to the agreement to protect civilians, residential areas, and civilian facilities, including places of worship;”
It is believed that Indonesia, Egypt and Bahrain mellowed down the strongly worded Pakistani draft on India and Kashmir. Experts conversant with OIC feel it irrelevant. If Indonesian meet has mellowed it down, the next meeting in any radical Islamic country will revert back to anti-India barking of the OIC. There is hardly any merit in considering OIC leaning towards India. It is not. If it was, the nations which have conferred State Honour on PM Modi. Namely Saudi, Palestine, UAE, Maldives, Egypt Kuwait etc would also have voted against the resolution BUT they did not. Islamic nations will always serve their own interest in the first place and thereafter consider others. There is no merit in reading too much to this OIC resolution. Even if they frame stronger words, India should remain undeterred as it the entire J&K & Ladakh remains integral part of the nation.
Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC)
OIC is a body of mostly the Islamic nations in which some very smaller non-Islamic nations in their vicinities were encouraged or coerced to join for some direct or indirect financial or other benefits. Financial benefits have been peanuts, but they have been spared from any overt jihadi attacks like any other nations in their vicinities experience. One example is India, a Hindu-majority nation where Islamic Gazwa-e-Hind movement finds a strong headwind. OIC also runs agenda of promoting Islam in non-Islamic countries through different means most of which are perceived as interference in internal affairs. The composition of OIC is shown below: -
Can Non-Muslims Trust Islam?
Any non-Muslims around the world can trust Islam on own perils. There is no religion or faith in the world which has not been traumatized by Islam and Islamists. Islam (and its Quran/Hadith) is so intolerant against non-Muslims that it violates even their Fundamental rights and yet it is neither amended nor banned at least in non-Islamic nations and the UNHRC (read “Gross Fundamental Rights Violation in many Verses of Quran”, https://thecounterviews.in/articles/gross-fundamental-rights-violations-in-many-verses-of-quran/).
Hindus, Buddhists and Sikhs have faced the worst forms of Islamic atrocities, dishonor and religious cruelty under Muslim rulers in 20th millennium. Parsis had undergone complete genocide in the hands of Islam, just few of whom could flee to India to tell their stories. Kashmiri Pandits were subjected to religious hatred and genocide in independent India in 1990. Yezidis were their victims of genocide in 2013-14 in Iraq. Just 3 yrs back, Sikhs and Hindus have undergone complete genocide in Afghanistan. Two yrs back African tribes of Fur, Masselite & Zaghawa have undergone complete genocide in Sudan just next to their capital Darfur. Non-Muslims of Pakistan and Bangladesh are under continuous religious persecutions. In Hindu-majority India itself, Hindus are being persecuted in Muslim dominant areas, often compelled to flee. Hence, Islam is untrustworthy by both non-Islamic individuals as well as nations.
The Islamists & Jihadists
The sole basis of faith in Islam is their Quran/Hadith which is considered highly hateful of other religions and faith as elaborated in the above paragraphs. Although all Muslims bear allegiance to Islam, not all follow all its tenets, and least of them born & brought up in peace loving communities such as in India, Israel, Indonesia with minor exceptions among them though. On the contrary, Islamists believe in the radicalism-filled Islam (with an-odd exception though). Religious tolerance among Muslims is more of an exception. Islamists are the crop grown out of the hateful Quran/Hadith, many of whom tend to affiliate themselves to Jihad as terrorists & extremists or their supporters & sympathisers.
The Islamic hate & intolerances have given birth to >300 Jihadi Tanzeems by now. All these Tanzeems indulging in various forms of Jihad bear allegiance to Quran/Hadith. Although Jihad described in their (un)holy book has many forms, the present form of Jihad is solely directed in violence against the non-Muslims. Almost all Islamic nations as well as Muslim communities in even non-Islamic nations are involved directly or indirectly in the formation & foundation, arming and funding of various Jihadi Tanzeems. They consider it as their religious duties to devote for the calls of Jihad. In fact, many Muslims consider it as their religious duty to gift one of the children to cause of Islam, most of whom become Jihadists. These Islamists/Jihadists are brainwashed both in their madrassas as well as their Tanzeems to serve for their cause even if they may have to sacrifice their lives. Their funding comes from both their parent states as well as Zakat & Sadaqat paid by the Muslims of the world as well as many of their organisations.
Ordinary citizens of Islamic nations may face hardships, extreme poverty and inadequacies of essential commodities and provisions but the Jihadi Tanzeems will invariably be provided all such means to enable them fight jihad. These include providing the numerous Tanzeems with land and housing for their living & training, funds for arms & ammunitions as well as food, clothing and other errands. It is no surprise that larger percentages of Muslims live Below Poverty Line (BPL) because their respective states care little for them. One may find sophisticated weapons in numerous many homes, but they may not have fodder to feed. Islamists are brainwashed and allured with false promise by their Mullahs of getting 72 hoors in heaven after their deaths so as to commit sins against humanities in this life (read “Busy Gods Supplying Hoors”, https://thecounterviews.in/articles/busy-god-supplying-hoors/). Numerous many Muslim communities are brainwashed by their Mullahs & Imams to stand with Jihadists even if they have to lay down their lives, something evident presently in Gaza (read “Any Innocent Palestinians in Gaza: leaving Exceptions, None”, https://thecounterviews.in/articles/any-innocent-palestinian-in-gaza/). Those who consider 7 tenets of Islam, find ‘Jihad’ as one of it (as shown in the figure below). Islamic mindset of serving for jihad is so extreme that even the girls and women of decent families don’t hesitate in serving sex to the jihadists/terrorists fighting in fields. This has been witnessed both in Iraq (ISIS) and Afghanistan (Taliban). It is atrocious yet practiced widely.
Harsh Realities of Jihadi Terror Organisations
Jihadi organisations of modern times have their task cut-out to try and break the courage of any group that comes in their way of mounting terrors. They are the groups of mentally sick, enemies of humanity and brainwashed to act that way by their clerics in the name of Islam. Jihadi organisations are spread all over the world irrespective of where they originated. Although all of them bear allegiance to Quran/Hadith, there are several factions within. Numerous many Jihadists are of Salafi ideology, mostly belonging to Sunni sect. Some belong to others as well including Shia, Wahabi, Deobandi and so on. There some 73 different sects in Islam, some perpetually inimical and averse to each other. However, when they mount attacks/repressions on non-Muslims, most of them join hands. It hurts those communities the most who don’t fight the radical groups unitedly. Al-Qaida originated in Saudi and ISIS in Iraq. These Jihadi terrorist organisations have numerous many offshoots and affiliates in all continents of the world. Pakistan is mother to >60 Jihadi organisations of which more than a dozen & half are oriented against India, some against Pakistan itself whereas a few against Afghanistan and Iran as well. Iran has three main Jihadi groups namely Hamas, Hezbollah & Houthis. Hezbollah itself has many of its offshoots. They may be seen busy fighting among themselves but jointly they become brutal to non-Muslim faiths in their zones of conflict. For example, warrior groups fighting in Sudan have committed mass genocides of three African tribes just a few kilometers away from capital Darfur; named Fur, Masselite and Zaghawa. World witnessed similar happenings in Afghanistan, Middle East and African Peninsula. How many of us are aware of silent evictions/genocides of Christians in Lebanon, Gaza-West Bank, Syria, Iraq and Egypt? Of the 300+ Jihadi terror organisations, the few most brutal and anti-human include those mentioned in the list in the Text Box below.
Hatred and violence have been in the DNA of Islam right from Muhamed’s time. He forced everyone in his way to convert to Islam. Those who resisted, were killed. He used the extreme violence of barbarism over the rivals and enemies, to terrorise and kill them, loot their assets and grab their women & children to be used as slaves. Numerous many Arabian tribes of his times as well as the subsequent Caliphs resorted to converting their victims to Islam by swords. The same were indulged by some later Caliphs also. This is how there are 47 Islamic nations representing those conversions, numerous many at the sword points. Religions and faiths that do not have militant ideologies like Jihad, have suffered the most. Hindus suffered in India, Afghanistan, Pakistan and Bangladesh. Christians suffered in the Middle East and many parts of Europe (incl Kosovo/Serbia in present times). In the hands of Islamists, Buddhists suffered in the vast stretches of India and China (incl Kashghar, in Xinjiang). Under the Islamic barbarism going on the world over, China is the only nation where they have been kept under check and the world must take some lessons from it (read “World Must Adopt Chinese Model of Islam”, https://thecounterviews.in/articles/world-must-adopt-chinese-model-of-islam/).
Muhammed and his Caliphs are no longer present BUT barbarism of Islamic Jihad continues. The present 21st century is especially marred with Islamic terror. In a short period of ~30 yrs, the world has witnessed several genocides committed by Jihadi terrorists. These include those of Kashmiri Pandits (India), Yezidis (Iraq), Christians (Middle East), Sikhs & Hindus (Afghanistan), Fur-Masselite-Zaghawa (Sudan) to say the least. Israel has been fighting Islamist forces for decades for its existence. They have recently faced the ugly & inhuman acts of Hamas terrorists duly backed by Iran and no nation calling themselves as saviors of Human Rights, came forward with support except USA & UK. Now when they have taken a resolve to wipe out that terror organization, entire pseudo-secular world is shedding crocodile’s tear but none questioning their accountability of Hamas’s Jihadi terrorists (read “Gaza: Ignored Accountability of Hamas Administration”, https://thecounterviews.in/articles/gaza-ignored-accountability-of-hamas-administration/).
Non-Muslims of Pakistan, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Serbia have long been facing the wrath of Islamic genocides. In addition, lot many African Tribes are facing Islamic annihilations with the world bodies looking the other ways. The league of 47 Islamic nations is backing their Jihadists overtly or covertly. No Islamic nation can be trusted to take the side of Humanity. They have mostly been with the Islamic nations in recent many decades and are expected continue doing so in future too. The world bodies have allowed them to become monstrous that could be countered only jointly by all communities and nations adversely affected by them (read “Time for World to Unite Against Jihadists”, https://thecounterviews.in/articles/time-for-the-world-to-unite-against-jihadists/). However, looking at their indifference, any unity seems elusive.
The Bottom-Lines
A debate has been raging for countering the Islamic Jihad in the world which has already caused many genocides and numerous many are ongoing in the present times too. There is hardly any doubt that Islam and Islamists are inimical to humanity and even some of the pseudo-secular European nations have started feeling its heat. It is shame for the UN/UNSC/UNHRC that genocides of non-Muslims have been going on in many parts of the world and they remain mute spectators. Recent Islamic genocides of Kashmiri Pandits, Yezidis, Christians, Sikhs & Hindus cannot be excused. The culprits will be made to bear its cost sooner than later. The water seems to have gone above head to initiate retaliation. Israeli attacks on Hamas/Hezbollah and Indian attacks on Laskar-e-Taiba & Hizbul Mujahidin in Pakistan are its indicators. Time has come when the entire non-Muslim world as well as an-odd peace-loving Islamic nations have to unite to counter the Jihadi terror. China has shown a way to keep Islamic terror under check and that could be adopted by other nations too with some modifications as deemed appropriate. In general, Islam, Islamists and Islamic nations cannot be trusted upon.
